•They say mean things and then pretend it didn’t happen. They degarde or insult, mock or scold you.

Blame
They tell you it’s your fault when they’re angry. You are wrong or bad because you make them angry. Obviously it is NOT YOUR FAULT.

Unsafe Feeling
You don’t feel safe telling the truth. You don't feel safe to express yourself, you feel you are walking on eggshells.
None of this is because of you.
